Tully Iavorsky is CEO of Serena Labs, an Intelligent Customer Engagement platform headquartered at the Barcelona Health Hub, building specialized AI agents for the European healthcare market. She also founded and leads Serena Brasil, the Brazilian operation established in 2022.
Before founding Serena Brasil, Tully built her career across strategy consulting, venture investment and entrepreneurship support. She was a Business Analyst at The Boston Consulting Group in São Paulo (2016–2018), advising clients on strategy and operations across multiple industries. Earlier, she served as Investment Analyst at Mubadala in the United Arab Emirates, with exposure to sovereign-scale venture and growth investing. She subsequently led account management at Endeavor Brasil, the Brazilian arm of the global high-impact entrepreneurship network, supporting top-tier scale-up founders.
Tully is a Latitud Fellow, part of the Latin American venture-backed founder community focused on building global category-leading companies from the region. She completed Stanford Graduate School of Business' Innovation and Entrepreneurship program (2020) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade da Região de Joinville.
