Rodrigo Tofollo is Country Manager and Co-founder of Serena Labs Spain, an Intelligent Customer Engagement platform headquartered at the Barcelona Health Hub, building specialized AI agents for the European healthcare market. He is responsible for business development, strategic partnerships, product strategy and operations, leading the company's expansion across Europe.
Rodrigo brings over six years as Chief Operating Officer of Plethora Health (2019–2025), a Brazilian healthtech company specialized in patient engagement and digital health programs for the pharmaceutical industry. There he led the implementation of seven Patient Support Programs and three Diagnosis Support Programs for a portfolio that included Boehringer Ingelheim, AstraZeneca, Astellas, Amryt Pharma, Pint Pharma and Takeda. He led operations, product, technology and marketing teams, drove the iterative development of the Plethora platform across six major versions, and supported revenue growth from zero to BRL 6 million in three years.
Earlier in his career, Rodrigo led Product and Innovation at Solutions One, an insurtech company serving major insurance carriers in Brazil and Latin America (BNP Paribas Cardif, AXA, MetLife, Chubb, Bradesco Seguros, among others), orchestrating the migration from a monolithic platform to an API and microservices-based cloud architecture. He previously held Key Account Management and Operations roles within Solutions One, and Operations and Strategy positions at Credigy Financial Solutions (a subsidiary of National Bank of Canada specialized in distressed receivables), including a project assignment in Atlanta.
Rodrigo holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and an MBA in Business Administration from Insper. He completed a Digital Product Leadership program at Tera in 2022.
Rodrigo is Brazilian-Italian and based in Barcelona, leading Serena Labs' commercial and operational presence in Spain.
